The Centre for Human Resource Development (C-HRD), PJTAU invites applications for the temporary/contractual posts mentioned in Annexure -1 for a period of one year.

About C-HRD, PJTAU
The Centre for Human Resource Development, PJTAU plays a pivotal role in improving the capacities of various stakeholders of society in the subject of agriculture & allied sectors. The C-HRD aims to enlighten on the emerging technologies in agriculture, infuse managerial abilities, understand the methodological strategies, inculcate personality development traits and sensitizing on niche areas in agri supply and value chain. The aim of C-HRD is to empower the stakeholders to address the emerging challenges in agri ecosystem and allied sectors across the globe.

About TGCU
Telangana Cooperative Union Ltd., Hyderabad is a State Government Cooperative Training Institute which imparts training and capacity building to Members, Staff of Cooperative Societies and Cooperation Department Officers. TGCU provides handholding support to the FPOs by engaging Domain Experts in Crop Husbandry, Agri Marketing/Value Addition/Processing, Social Mobilization, Information Technology/MIS, Law/ Accounts for successful implementation of Central Sector Scheme of developing 10,000 FPOs.

About CBBO:
The National Cooperative Development Corporation (NCDC) has empaneled the Telangana Cooperative Union Ltd., Hyderabad (TGCU) as Cluster Based Business Organization (CBBO) for promoting and handholding (311) Primary Agricultural Cooperative Societies as Farmers Producer Organizations (FPOs) in Telangana State.

About the Project
The said recruitment project is a joint venture by the Centre for Human Resource Development (C-HRD), PJTAU and Telangana Cooperative Union Ltd (TGCU). Domain Experts and Assistant Domain Experts are required for working with Cluster Based Business Organizations (CBBOs) for successful implementation of the FPOs Scheme in Telangana. The recruited candidates will work for the above goal of successful implementation of the FPO Scheme in Telangana region for a specific period or until funding is available.

Terms and Conditions of Advertised Posts:

1. Applicants must have the concerned degree from any of the ICAR/UGC or any other reputed University accredited by the Govt. of India.
2. The applicants are expected to have good command over English and must fluently be able to talk in English, Hindi and Telugu. The candidates must also possess good drafting skills for carrying the documentation works.
3. The Domain Experts in Accounts and Law must be well versed with Corporate Law and Cooperative Society’s Laws.
4. These vacancies are purely temporary. The duration of the recruitment is for one year only. Upon successful completion and upon mutual agreement the term of the recruited candidates may be renewed for further periods.
5. The job chart requires travelling and the candidates will have to work in all the districts of Telangana.
6. Priority is given for the applicants worked with FPOs in screening the applications.
7. Qualification for NET/JRF and other fellowships will have additional weightage.
8. Merit in UG and PG will have its added advantage.
9. The candidates must attach two copies of required self attested certificates.
10. The selected candidates must submit the original certificates to the C-HRD.
11. C-HRD deserves the IN TOTO authority to alter any terms and conditions and terminate any selected candidate without prior notification if it sees any misfit/misconduct of the selected candidates.
12. If any selected and working personnel wishes to leave, then he/she must intimate and give notice to the C-HRD three months in advance.
13. The Upper age limit for the Domain Experts is 40 years and 35 years for the Assistant Domain Experts.
14. The received applications are scrutinized and only the shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview.
15. Awards/Meritorious accomplishments, Recognitions from the recognized State/National/International institutes will be given weightage.
16.  Publications of NAAS/Scopus journals will have added advantage.
17. The post is co-terminus with the project.
18. Payment of Salary depends on the release of funds from TGCU honoring the MoU between C-HRD and TGCU.
19. The posts are purely temporary/contractual for one year duration, which will be likely to be renewed based on availability of funding from TGCU or coterminous of the scheme or satisfactory performance of the candidates as decided by the supervising authority.

Application Fee:

1. The interview schedule will be notified through University Website: www.pjtau.edu.in.
2. Application fee is Rs. 1000/- per post. Candidates applying for multiple posts will have to apply separately for each post making a separate payment.  The Demand Draft (DD) in this regard may be drawn in favor of COMPTROLLER, C-HRD, payable at SBI, Rajendranagar, Hyderabad.
3. The last date for sending the applications is 31.01.2026.
4. Application forms without DD will not be considered.
5. The envelope of the application form must have “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF___________” labelled on it.
