TRVK, Siddipet conducted Field Day on Paddy (JGL-24423) seed production field as the part of QSEV-Quality seed at Every Village programme at Bussapur (V), Siddipet Rural (M), Akberpet Bhoompally (V & M). The Quality Seed in Every Village (QSEV) programme of Professor Jayashankar Telangana Agricultural University (PJTAU) was formally launched in Telangana districts. This initiative aims to promote decentralized seed production by involving local farmers. Dr. Ch. Pallavi, TRVK, Siddipet, Coordinator & Scientist discussed about importance of quality seed production activities done in different villages of Siddipet district for increasing the production and productivity of paddy crop and better management practices to be adopted for enhancing the yield levels. Crop is good and No pests and diseases were observed and he is ready to distribute the seed to neighboring farmers. In this programme, Mandal Agriculture Officer Satyanvesh, Agricultural Extension Officers Navya, Lohith and 20 farmers were participated.
