TRVK, Siddipet & APEDA, Hyderabad organized sensitization programme on Agricultural Exports & Import opportunities for Farmer producer organization (FPOs) & Farmers at Alirajpet (V), Jagadevpur (M) on 20.12.2025. In this programme Sri. Md. Abdul Kadhar Pasha, Business Development manager, APEDA explained about the Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority (APEDA) is mandated to promote the export of agricultural and processed food products from India by developing and regulating export-oriented production, processing, and marketing. Its mandate includes registration of exporters, formulation and implementation of quality standards, promotion of branding and market access abroad, development of infrastructure such as pack houses and cold chains, providing financial assistance for export promotion, and undertaking market research and capacity building. APEDA also works to ensure compliance with international sanitary and phytosanitary standards, traceability requirements, and sustainability practices to enhance the global competitiveness of Indian agricultural exports and also briefed about export -import policies for FPOs/FPCs, entrepreneurial opportunities in agriculture and allied sectors for FPOs and its importance in timely execution of activities In this programme TRVK, Siddipet Coordinator Dr. Ch. Pallavi , MAO, U. Vasantha rao, AEO, Sharanya and 60 FPO farmers were participated.
