Organized Two-Days Training Programme on Skill enhancement on Cost of Cultivation and CCS-m Tracker by Cost of Cultivation Scheme (CCS), Dept. of Ag. Economics, College of Agriculture, Rajendranagar, PJTAU on 25.08.2025 & 26.08.2025.

Cost of Cultivation Scheme (CCS), Dept. of Ag. Economics, College of Agriculture, Rajendranagar, PJTAU, organized a two-day training programme on “Skill Enhancement on Cost of Cultivation and CCS-m Tracker” for Agricultural Extension Officers (AEOs), Agricultural Research Officers (AROs), Computors, and Assistant Statistician on 25.08.2025 & 26.08.2025 at Seminar hall, CCS. Dr. R. Vijaya Kumari, Professor & Head, and Hon. Director, CCS, graced the occasion as Chief Guest and emphasized the importance of accurate data collection, which forms the basis for fixing Minimum Support Price (MSP) by the Government of India. She also highlighted the guidelines of the CCS-m Tracker. Dr. D. A. Rajini Devi, Field Officer, CCS, explained in detail the procedure for data SScollection and entry into the FARMAP 2.0 during the current Kharif season, covering RT-wise aspects. She also highlighted common discrepancies observed in field records and suggested corrective measures to ensure data reliability. Later, Dr. D. Shireesha, Assistant Professor (Agricultural Extension), EEI, delivered an interactive session on team building, stressing the need for effective teamwork to enhance performance. She also engaged the participants through group activities. As part of the training, literature on “Mokkajonna sagu yajamanyam” was distributed to all participants. A total of 31 participants benefited from the programme.
