Scientific Advisory Committee -2026 Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Kampasagar

Scientific Advisory Committee (SAC) for the year 2026 was conducted on 09.01.2026 at Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Kampasagar. Dr. L. Krishna, Associate Director of Research, RARS, Palem chaired the meeting. Dr. K. Chandra Shaker, Programme Coordinator (i/c), KVK, Kampasagar briefly explained the activites of KVK and action taken report and Crop production progress at KVK. Smt A. Ramulamma explained the activities of Plant Protection, Smt Himabindu explained the activities of Horticulture and Extension. Dr. M. Jagan Mohan Reddy, Director, EEI, Rajendranagar and DE Nominee expressed his view on the KVK activities and suggested to work on need based problems, strongly adhere to the technology and carefully demonstrate the technology. Also suggested to maintain small video clips of the technology and record the success stories of farmers. Dr. A.R. Reddy, Principal Scientist, ICAR-ATARI, Zone- X suggested to demonstrate the field crops at instructional farm, promote new and need based technologies, propose technologies to reduce the drudgery in the farmers field. Shri Vinay, AGM , NABARD explained the KCC loans, Saritha, ADA, Haliya, Saida Naik, ADA, Miryalaguda, Smt Shashikala, Veterinary Asst Surgeon, Sri Murali, HO, Nagarjunasagar, Smt Chandrakala, Women & Child Welfare, progressive farmers attended the meeting.
