Rythu Nestham Live video conference Programme (Episode-76 Date: 18.11.2025)

Rythu Nestham Live video conferencing of 76th episode was conducted from Electronic Wing Studio at ARI, Rajendranagar on 18-11-2025 from 10 AM to 11-40 AM The programme started with live interactions of farmers from Gujirala (V), Narsampet, Warangal who shared about their success in cultivation of direct seeded rice in 300 acres, which proved to be cost effective method. Dr. A.V.Ramanjunellu Principal Scientist (Agronomy) & Head AICRP on Agro Forestry gave various options for ensuing rabi in rice fallows under zero Tillage condition. Later Dr.V.Anitha Kumari, Principla Scientist & Head, spoke on effective plant protection in Chilly crop. The meeting ended with interaction session of farmers with Dr. T. Kiran Babu (Pl. Pathology) and Dr. Aruna Sree Scientist ( Ento), Rice Institute, R’nagar. The programme was presided by Dr. M.Sreenivas Coordinator, Electronic wing, Officials from Department of Agriculture, Directorate of Agriculture and officials of line departments and about 35,000 farmers from 1578 Rythu Vedikas participated in the programme across the state.
