Rythu Nestham Live video conference Program (Episode-66 Date: 12.08.2025)

Rythu Nestam Live video conferencing of 66th episode was conducted from Electronic Wing Studio at ARI, Rajendranagar on 12-08-2025 from 10 AM to 11-40 AM. The programme started with the talk on Plant protection measures to be taken in present standing Kharif crops by Dr.B.Mallaiah, Principal Scientist [Plant Pathology] , Maize Research Centre, Rajendranagar, Dr.Dharma Raju, Scientist, IMD Hyderabad on Weather Forecasting mechanism ,Dr.G.Veeranna on Fertilizer and weeds control measures in Cotton crop, Dr.K.Ramesh Asst.Professor [Vet. Medicine], College of Veterinary Science, PVNRTVU, Rajendranagar on management of Mastitis disease in Cattle. Sri.Sivarama Chary, Kistapuram village , Parigi Mandal shared his experience about Natural farming practices. Dr. B. Gopi, Director of Agriculture requested the Dept.officers to make use of Rythu Nestham digital live video conference by involving more farmers and suggested AEOs to interact with experts for remedial measures existing field problems in major crops. The programme attended by Dr.M.Sreenivasulu, Principal Scientist [Extn] & Coordinator, Electronic Wing along with team and virtually by Officials of Department of Agriculture, Directorate of Agriculture and officials of line departments and about 40,000 farmers from 1582 Rythu Vedikas participated in the programme across the state.
