Rythu Nestham Live video conference Program (Episode-56 Date: 03.06.2025)

Rythu Nestam Live video conferencing 56th episode was conducted from Electronic Wing Studio of PJTAU on 03.06-2025 from 10 AM to 11.50 AM. The Chief guest of the programme by Prof. Aldas Janaiah, Honble Vice Chancellor attended at Thipparthy Ryhtu Vediaka in his inaugural speech urged the farmers to make best use of the seed distributed under the programme of “Nanyamaina Vithannam- Raithannaku Nestham” . Dr. M. Balram, Director of Research who spoke on fine grain Rice varieties suitable for ensuing Kharif, later Dr. M.V. Nagesh Kumar, Director [Seeds] explained the about measures to be followed during production of good quality seed. Dr. P. Leela Rani, Principal Scientist and Head ACRC gave agro advices to farmers based on the weather forecast given by IMD. Interactions with farmers, Scientist, officials stationed at Rythu vedikas followed by seed distribution by Prof. Aldas Janaiah, Hon’ble Vice Chancellor and Smt. Ila Tripati IAS District Collector, Nalgonda at Thipparthy , Rythu Vediaka and three zonal ADRs, Scientists, Public representatives and other department officials at respective Rythu Vedikas across state . The programme attended by Dr.B.Gopi IAS, Director of Agriculture and Dr.M.Sreenivasulu, Principal Scientist [Extn] & Coordinator, Electronic Wing. The programme was attended virtually by Officials of Department of Agriculture from Directorate of Agriculture and officials of line departments and about 25,000 farmers from 566 Rythu Vedikas participated in the programme across the state.
