Pre-Rabi Awareness Programme cum Input distribution to Tribal farmers at KVK, bhadradri kothagudem on 10.11.2025

As part of Janjatiya Gaurav Diwas (1st to 15th November), Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Bhadradri Kothagudem organized a training programme on “Pre-Rabi Awareness Programme cum Distribution of Mini Rice Mills and Nutrients (19:19:19)” to tribal farmers under the Tribal Sub-Plan (TSP) at Padugonigudem Village Gundala Mandal and Rayapadu Village, Allapally Mandal on 10.11.2025. Dr. T. Bharath, Programme Coordinator, briefed the participants on various livelihood security opportunities through innovative agricultural technologies. Later, diagnostic field visits were conducted in cotton (bacterial leaf spot), paddy (panicle mite), and maize (fall armyworm) fields, and suitable recommendations were provided to the farmers. In this programme, Dr. T. Bharath, Programme Coordinator; Dr. N. Hema Sarat Chandra; B. Shiva, Scientist (Horticulture); AEOs Balaraju and Lenin (Gundala Mandal); and around 40 farmers actively participated.
