Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Palem organized Pre Kharif Campaign as a part of Rythu Mungitlo Shastravethalu programme at Grama Panchayath Appajipally village, Thimmajipet Mandal, Nagarkurnool District on 06.06.2025. Dr. T. Prabhakar Reddy PC, KVK, Palem highlighted the major themes of the programme viz., Reducing the cost of cultivation by reducing the urea usage in various crops, best management practices in paddy nurseries, cotton and maize. Dr. O. Shaila, SMS (PP) KVK, Palem emphasized on the integrated pests and diseases management practices in kharif crops stressed upon the judicious usage of the pesticides. A total of 64 farmers, KVK staff, department of agriculture staff, students were participated.
