Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Palem organized Pre Kharif Campaign as a part of Rythu Mungitlo Shastravethalu programme at Rhytu Vedika Kalwakurthy village, Kalwakurthy Mandal, Nagarkurnool District on 05.06.2025. Mr. K. Ramakrishna, SMS (Crop Production) KVK, Palem highlighted the major themes of the programme viz., Reducing the cost of cultivation by reducing the urea usage in various crops. Explained technologies in HDPS Cotton and Maize. Dr. B. Rajashekar, SMS (Agril. Extension) KVK, Palem briefed about importance of Rythu Mungitlo Sasravethala programme and mandates. Apart from this Keep the seed, chemicals bills secure which may helpful in getting compensations in the worst cases, Saving the water, protect the resources for the future generations and planting of trees to protect the nature/ Environment. A total of 45 farmers, KVK staff, department of agriculture staff, students were participated.
