Honourable MLA, Nagarkurnool district Dr.K.Rajesh Reddy was the Chief Guest of the programme and Honourable Vice chairman of the Telangana State Planning Board Mr.Gillela Chinna Reddy was the guest of honour for the programme and addressed the gathering. Dr.P.Sreedevi, Programme Coordinator, KVK, Palem explained about enhancement of Crop acreage and seed production of Pulses in Nagarkurnool district through Seed Hub Project and CFLD Projects and other programmes taken-up by KVK Palem. Dr.M.Sreedhar, ADR Representative, RARS, Palem, Sri Ravi Chandra, Branch Manager, NCCF, Hyderabad and Dr.B.Pushpavathi, Associate Dean, Agricultural College, Palem, District Agricultural Officer Sri.N.Yashwanth Rao participated in the programme. Scientists of KVK and RARS, Palem interacted with the farmers and explained about different management practices to be followed in Blackgram cultivation. A total of 750 farmers from different villages of Nagarkurnool attended the programme.
