KVK, Bhadradri Kothagudem has conducted visit to the Integrated Farming System (IFS) model preparation site at Lothuvagu(V), Laxmidevipally (M) on 09.12.2025

As per wish of District Collector, Bhadradri Kothagudem, Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Bhadradri Kothagudem Programme Coordinator Dr. T. Bharath along with Dr. N. Hema Sarat Chandra, SMS (Extension) and B. Shiva, SMS(Horticulture) visited the Integrated Farming System (IFS) model preparation site. The team was accompanied by the District Horticulture & Sericulture Officer, Project Director (DRDA), APD, APM, Dr. Harsha (Ravi Seeds) and the CC Collector. During the field visit, the officials assessed the ongoing activities, reviewed land utilization and provided a clear layout plan and effective strategy for the development of a 2.5-acre IFS model. The team offered technical guidance on resource integration, efficient land use, crop planning, water management and incorporation of allied enterprises to enhance farm productivity and sustainability.
