Krishi Vigyan Kendra Bhadradri Kothagudem organized an awareness programme on fermented organic manure under the FOM/LFOM project at Krishnasagar Village,Burgampahad Mandal, Bhadradri Kothagudem District on 13.02.2026. In this programme Dr. T. Bharath, Programme Coordinator explained the importance of fermented organic manure and biochar for improving soil fertility and enhancing water-holding capacity. He also demonstrated the biochar preparation process using cotton stalks and elaborated on its agricultural benefits. The event was attended by the village Sarpanch Shanmuk Sai, an agronomist from MYRADA, and 45 farmers who actively participated in the programme.
