Celebration of konda laxman Bapuji jayanthi at Agricultural College, Aswraopet on 26.09.2025

The Agricultural College, Aswaraopet, celebrated Konda Laxman Bapuji Jayanthi on 26-09-2025 under the mentorship of Associate Dean Dr. J. Hemanth Kumar. As part of the programme, the Associate Dean garlanded the portrait of Sri Konda Laxman Bapuji and paid floral tributes. Later, the teaching, non-teaching, outsourcing staff, and students also offered floral tributes and paid homage to the great leader. Addressing the gathering, the Associate Dean highlighted that Konda Laxman Bapuji was a freedom fighter, social activist, and a prominent leader of Telangana who played a vital role in shaping the political, social, and cultural identity of the region. He further emphasized that Bapuji was a strong advocate of a separate Telangana state, dedicating decades of his life to the cause, firmly believing that statehood was essential for the region’s development and the upliftment of marginalized communities. “ Commemorating a visionary: Konda Laxman Bapuji Jayanthi: Uploading his ideas for a Better Telangana – Inspiring Future Generations _ honouring the architect of Telangana Progress.”
