Report on Celebration of 91st Birth Anniversary of Professor Kothapalli Jayashankar at Agricultural College, Aswaraopet, PJTAU on 06-08-2025.

Professor Kothapalli Jayashankar’s 91st birth anniversary celebrations were held at the Agricultural College, Aswaraopet, PJTAU. All teaching, non-teaching staff and students of the Agricultural College participated in the occasion. On this occasion the Associate Dean of the College, Dr. J. Hemantha Kumar paid tributes to Professor Jayashankar by presenting a garland. On this occasion he was addressing the staff and students by his adorable speech. In this connection, he mentioned that, the late Professor Jayashankar garu recognized the importance of irrigation and education sectors for the development of Telangana for which he fought for his life time. He also demanded formation of Telangana. The faculty members Dr. P. Neelima, Dr. R. Srinivas, Dr. Sravan, NSS Po’s Dr. P. Jhansi Rani and Mrs. D. Sravanthi and Mr. Ravindar Reddy, Superintendent and other nonteaching, timescale, outsourcing employees and third and fourth year students were participated in the occasion and paid tributes to Sri. Professor Kothapalli Jayashankar.
