Bathukamma celebrations at Agricultural College, Aswaraopet on 25.09.2025

Bathukamma, the floral festival of Telangana, was celebrated with great enthusiasm and cultural pride at campus on 25.09.2025. The event was organized by Women Protection Cell to promote and preserve the rich traditions of Telangana. Students, teaching and non-teaching staff, especially women, came dressed in traditional attire. Students beautifully arranged Bathukammas made with seasonal flowers available in the campuslike Nerium, Bougainvillea, Celosia, Teak and Marigold. The Portico area was decorated with rangoli and festive decorations, creating a vibrant and joyful atmosphere.
